Apple vs. Samsung: Öffentliche Entschuldigung geht auf Apple-Webseite online

Es ist soweit, Apple muss sich in Großbritanien öffentlich dafür entschuldigen, dass man behauptet hat, dass Samsung mit dem Galaxy Tab das iPad kopiert hat. Zu diesem Zweck ist auf der Apple-Webseite im Fußbereich ein Link zu finden, der zu der Unterseite mit dem Statement bzw. einer Klarstellung seitens Apple führt. Wie lange die Meldung online bleiben muss, kann ich euch nicht sagen. Apple kommt damit zwar seiner Pflicht nach, kann es sich aber logischerweise nicht verkneifen in dem Text ein gewisses Richter-Zitat mit zu veröffentlichen, welches gegenüber den Samsung-Tablets schlicht und ergreifend sagt: „They are not as cool.“ und darum sind sie auch keine Kopie.
