Nvidia Tegra Note: Referenz-Tablet für 199 Dollar offiziell vorgestellt

Nvidia hat heute das Tegra Note offiziell vorgestellt. Es handelt sich dabei um ein Tablet mit Android, welches in den letzten Wochen öfter mal seine Runden in der Gerüchteküche machte. Es handelt sich dabei allerdings nur um ein Referenz-Gerät, welches wir als normale Konsumenten niemals sehen werden. Nvidia möchte seinen Partnern damit zeigen, was denn alles für unter 200 Dollar möglich ist, Partner des Herstellers können das Gerät auch schon ab nächstem Monat weltweit kaufen.

Zur Ausstattung gehört ein 7 Zoll großes Display mit einer Auflösung von 1280 x 800 Pixel, ein Tegra 4 ARM Cortex A-15 Quad-Core-Prozessor, eine GeForce GPU mit 72 Kernen, eine Kamera mit 5 Megapixel, 16 GB Speicher inklusive microSD-Slot und auch ein eigener Stylus. Die Akkulaufzeit soll 10 Stunden betragen und ausgeliefert wird es mit der neuesten (und einer unangepassten) Version von Android. Mit den neuesten Updates wird das Tablet auch noch versorgt. Ich würde jetzt einfach mal behaupten, dass dieses Tablet für (geschätzte) 200 Euro ein Verkaufshit wäre und vor allem dem Nexus 7 von Google und Asus mächtig Druck machen könnte.
