ASUS ROG Ally und ROG Ally X erhalten das Januar Firmware-Update

Auch im neuen Jahr will der taiwanische Hersteller seine Gaming-Handhelds ROG Ally und ROG Ally X mit neuen Updates versorgen und macht mit dem nun veröffentlichten Januar Firmware-Update den Anfang.

Auch wenn der Umfang der Updates eher gering ausfällt, ist der Aspekt der konstanten Unterstützung seitens ASUS in Form von Verbesserungen und neuen Features in Form von neuen Updates erwähnens- und lobenswert.

Der Zugriff auf die Updates ist für Besitzer von ROG Ally und ROG Ally X über das Programm Armoury Crate SE möglich. Die Updates können auch von der offiziellen Website heruntergeladen werden. Was die Updates im Einzelnen beinhalten, zeigen wiederum die Release Notes:

• Bug Fix: Resolved an issue causing occasional unresponsiveness from Armory Crate SE and Command Center buttons due to conflicts with the Logi Options+ app.
• Enhancement: Added support for Slovak.
• Enhancement: Changed default setting of FPS limiter from OFF to Maximum.
• Enhancement: Real-time monitor now supports AFMF 2 and does not display warnings, provided the iGPU version is V32.0.12011.7001 or higher.
