Toolkit für Nexus 4 veröffentlicht: Root, Unlock, Backup und mehr
Falls ihr das Glück hattet und bereits ein Google Nexus 4 euer Eigen nennen dürft, könnte es vielleicht für Interesse für euch sein, dass es nun auch bereits ein Toolkit für das neue Android-Flagschiff gibt. Das Toolkit stammt dabei von mskip, dem gleichen Entwickler, der auch das für das Nexus-7-Toolkit verantwortlich ist und bietet eine Menge Funktionen.
Man kann das Nexus z.B. simpel rooten, unlocken, ein komplettes NANDROID-Backup erstellen und wieder einspielen, Dateien per Push zum Nexus schicken und und und. Eine gesamte Auflistung der Funktionen findet ihr weiter unten.
Das Nexus-4-Toolkit funktioniert dabei unter allen Windows-Versionen ab XP und den Download findet ihr bei xda-developers. Dort findet ihr zwei Versionen: Zum einen eine kostenlose Variante und zum Anderen eine Donate-Version, die weitere Funktionen, wie z.B. eine automatische Aktualisierung des Toolkits freischalten.
Es kann darüber hinaus übrigens passieren, dass die beiden Dateien „ToolKit.exe“ und „ModsSection.exe“ von vereinzelten Antivirus-Softwares als schädliche Dateien erkannt werden. Das seien dann lediglich False-Positives, weswegen einer Nutzung nichts im Wege steht.
